Sandwiches are available Mon-Thurs via my website with 3 sandwiches available each day, rotated weekly. Pre-orders close at noon the day before . I can try to accommodate same-day orders before 8am, but as a home kitchen operation I have limited quantities, never hurts to ask if I have extra!
